I met Heidi a few years back when I was living in the USA. We met during the WSET Advanced exam in Denver and kept in touch for a while. We met only once and she was so kind and sweet that I will always remember her. I am happy to see that you are featuring her on your site. I moved back to Poland since then and I am a wine educator here.
